Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping (€12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Available worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas)

Free Shipping (Orders over €50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Available worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas)

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we currently do not ship to certain Asian countries and some remote areas. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our customer service at [email protected] for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy.

Return Conditions

  • You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, with all tags and original packaging.
  • Returned items must include the delivery note or proof of purchase.
  • Initial return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Encens et Résines naturelles (Incense and Natural Resins)
  • Les Presque Parfaits (discounted or promotional items)
  • Tapis de massage (Massage mats – for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened or partially used products

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service by emailing [email protected] with the subject line « Return/Exchange Request » and include:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • For exchanges: specify the replacement item (size, color, etc.)
  2. Wait for confirmation – Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Prepare your package – Carefully pack the items with all original accessories and documents. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • For credit card payments, the credit will appear on your account according to your bank’s processing time (typically an additional 3-5 days).
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective Products or Our Errors
